Nataly is a new signing from the Huila region who grows Castillo and Colombia yellow varieties. Very juicy profile with notes of pineapple and caramel.

Nataly Trujillo is from Huila and the daughter of coffee growers.
From a very young age she has been surrounded by coffee and learned early everything related to its cultivation and management. Together with her husband, they have managed to maintain their farm, which represents not only their livelihood, but also the future of their family. Thanks to their daily work, they raise their two children, to whom they proudly transmit the coffee culture, in the hope that they will continue the legacy.

Nataly also performs 24-hour fermentation processes, thus providing greater complexity and quality to her coffees.

Huila, in the southwest of Colombia, is one of the regions most recognized for the quality of its coffees. Its temperate climate, volcanic soils and the altitude of its mountains create ideal conditions for the cultivation of varieties with complex, bright and floral aromatic profiles.
